All tours originate from our location and the trail head at Edison Butte Sno-Park.  Please arrive at Edison Butte 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour to fill out the necessary paperwork.  You will also be informed  regarding trail ethics, safe operating practices and vehicle operation. 

 

 

RENTAL CLIENTS NEED A VEHICLE THAT WILL TOW A TRAILER.

For rentals, please arrive at Adventure Motorsports in the Sunriver Business Park no later than 30 minutes prior to the arranged rental time.  You must fill out the proper paper work prior to your departure. You will be informed regarding trail ethics, safe operating practices, vehicle operation, and the "how to's of trailering" the equipment.

 

 

DIRECTIONS TO ADVENTURE MOTORSPORTS

Water and snacks are provide on all tours.  

Lunches are available through local vendors.  If you let us know at the time you book your trip, we can recommend several places where you can purchase a box lunch.  Our guides' ATVs are equipped with coolers where your lunch can be kept cool. 
 

    
     * Drivers must be 16 years old and a minimum of 100 lbs. to operate their own machine on a tour.
     * Drivers must be 24 years old to operate their own machine on a rental.
     * Minimum age of any passenger is 6 years old.
     * All minors will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign their participant agreement form.
     * Weight limit on a double seat machine is 350 lbs.
     * Anyone who is pregnant or has heart, neck, or back problems is not encouraged to participate.
     * Smoking is not allowed on the trails or in our vehicles. 

Shuttle service from Bend or Sunriver is available.  Please let us know at the time of booking so arrangements can be made.  The round trip price is $10.00 per person with a minimum of 6 people or $60.00.  From Sisters, Eagle Crest, Black Butte, or LaPine the round trip price is $15.00 per person with a minimum of 6 people or $90.00.

All riders are required to wear long pants and closed toed shoes. You should be prepared for the ever changing weather conditions in Central Oregon.  We suggest that you dress in layers.  Mornings, evenings, and higher elevations can be very cool and afternoons can warm up quickly. 

All tours and rentals include the use of a helmet and gloves.

In order to confirm a reservation, a full payment for all members of your party is required.  If you cancel or change the reservation 48 or more hours prior to the trip date, the deposit will be refunded.  On any cancellation or changes to the reservations (in any way) within 48 hours of the trip date, the deposit will be forfeited.

If for any reason Central Oregon Adventures cancels a trip, a full refund will be given.  This is very rare and should not be expected.

A security deposit is required for each machine prior to departure.  This deposit is held on a major credit card, which means no charges will be seen on your card unless you cause damage to the machine.

Prior to the departure and upon return, we will inspect the machine with you and note any damages. You are responsible for any and all damages to the machine that occurs while in your care.  We will provide a written estimate for repairs within 3-5 business days.  We will notify you of the estimate and then run the charges on the credit card left as a deposit unless other payment is arranged.

Any damage to a part constitutes full replacement of that part.  Full replacement of the equipment can run up to $7500.00 and can include additional recovery fees.
