Arrival Information
For float trips please arrive behind Building 17 in the Village at Sunriver at the time listed in order to fill out the proper paper work prior to departure. Time on the river is approximate, and may vary due to water levels


 

Food and Beverages
Lunch $10.00

Lunches are available and include a sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink prepared by a local Sunriver deli. Lunches must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to the trip departure.

What to Wear
Clients should be prepared for the ever changing weather conditions in Central Oregon. We suggest that you dress in layers. Mornings and evenings can be very cool and afternoons can warm up quickly. We also suggest that you bring a hat, sunscreen, and drinking water. All tours and rentals include the use of a life vest and paddle.

Reservations and Cancellations
All trips require a minimum of 4 people.  Gratuity is not included.

In order to confirm a reservation a full price deposit is required for all members of your party.  If you cancel or change the reservation 48 hours prior to the trip date, the deposit will be refunded. For any cancellation or changes to the reservation (in any way) within 48 hours of the trip date, the deposit will be forfeited.

If Central Oregon River Adventures cancels a trip for any reason, a full refund will be given. This happens on occasion due to afternoon thunderstorms or lack of people booking on the upper river trips.

Please note:  A non-refundable 4% booking fee will be charged for all reservations.

Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for some boats in our fleet.  If required, the deposit is held on a major credit card, which means no charges will be seen on your card unless you cause damage other than for regular "wear and tear".  

Prior to the departure and upon return, we will inspect the equipment with you and note any damages. You are responsible for any and all damages to the equipment that occurs while in your care.  We will provide a written estimate for repairs within 3-5 business days.  We will notify you of the estimate and then run the charges on the funds that have been held as a deposit unless other payment is arranged.

Any damage to a part constitutes full replacement of that part.  Full replacement of the equipment can run up to $750.00.
