For float trips please arrive at our location in Building 17 in the Village at Sunriver at the time listed in order to fill out the proper paper work prior to departure. Time on the river is approximate, and may vary due to water levels

 

Lunch $10.00

Lunches are available and include a sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink prepared by a local Sunriver deli. Lunches must be ordered at least 24 hours prior to the trip departure.

Clients should be prepared for the ever changing weather conditions in Central Oregon. We suggest that you dress in layers. Mornings and evenings can be very cool and afternoons can warm up quickly. We also suggest that you bring a hat, sunscreen, and drinking water. All tours and rentals include the use of a life vest and paddle.

In order to confirm a reservation we require a full price deposit for all members of your party.  If you cancel or change the reservation 48 hours prior to the trip date, the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations or changes to the reservations in any way within 48 hours of the trip date, the deposit will be forfeited.

If for any reason, Central Oregon Adventures cancels a trip, a full refund will be given. This happens on occasion due to afternoon thunderstorms or lack of people booking on the upper river trips.

A security deposit may be required for some boats in our fleet.  If required, the deposit is held on a major credit card, which means no charges will be seen on your card unless you cause damage other than for regular "wear and tear".  

Prior to the departure and upon return, we will inspect the equipment with you and note any damages. You are responsible for any and all damages to the equipment that occurs while in your care.  We will provide a written estimate for repairs within 3-5 business days.  We will notify you of the estimate and then run the charges on the funds that have been held as a deposit unless other payment is arranged.

Any damage to a part constitutes full replacement of that part.  Full replacement of the equipment can run up to $750.00.
