You must arrive at our location in Building 17 in the Village at Sunriver at the arranged time.  You will need to fill out the proper paperwork and be informed on safe operating practices and vehicle operation, so you are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early. 

 

 

    * ALL DRIVERS MUST CARRY A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE WHILE ON THE ROADS.
    * Drivers must be 18 years old and be a licensed driver to operate their own machine.
    * No passengers are allowed on the scooters.
    * Drivers must stick to the main roads - no off trail riding or riding on the bike paths.
    * Drivers must obey all traffic laws.
    * Speed limit is 25 miles per hour within Sunriver.
    * Weight limit on the scooters is 190 lbs.

Clients should be prepared for the ever changing weather conditions here in Central Oregon. We suggested that you dress in layers. Mornings and evenings can be very cool and afternoons can warm up quickly. All rentals include the use of a helmet and goggles. Sunglasses are recommended.

In order to confirm a reservation, we take a full price deposit. If you cancel or change the reservation 48 hours prior to the trip date, the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellations or changes to the reservations in any way within 48 hours of the trip date, the deposit will be forfeited.

If for any reason Central Oregon Adventures cancels a trip, a full refund will be given.  This is very rare and should not be expected.

A security deposit is required for each machine prior to departure.  This deposit is held on a major credit card, which means no charges will be seen on your card unless you cause damage to the machine.

Prior to the departure and upon return, we will inspect the machine with you and note any damages. You are responsible for any and all damages to the machine that occurs while in your care.  We will provide a written estimate for repairs within 3-5 business days.  We will notify you of the estimate and then run the charges on the credit card left as a deposit unless other payment is arranged.

Any damage to a part constitutes full replacement of that part.  Full replacement of the equipment can run up to $1700.00 and can include additional recovery fees.
